Experience/Skills:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in digital product design, covering areas such as user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, and the design process, coupled with strong, up-to-date UI skills
- Demonstrate a robust portfolio highlighting native mobile applications and shipped products, showcasing your design process
- Exhibit a strong passion for applying and promoting human-centered design methodologies within cross-functional teams
- Proficient in prototyping tools, particularly Figma
- Capable of working autonomously in a responsive, dynamic environment, with experience in agile and fast-paced settings
- Upper-intermediate level in English
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the advocate for our users, delving into intricate challenges to define and enhance the user experience across various digital platforms, encompassing websites, mobile applications, and internal tools
- Conduct thorough user research to grasp customer needs and pinpoint opportunities for improvement
- Craft user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to gather stakeholder and user feedback
- Develop high-fidelity mock-ups of visual designs that align with UI guidelines and brand standards
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design, actively contributing to the creation of new standards and guidelines within our design system
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of design solutions
- Advocate for inclusive and accessible design practices, educating stakeholders on their importance
- Provide support to the design team by actively participating in meetings, offering constructive feedback, and assisting fellow designers as needed
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and be able to visit offices in Poland (Krakow) and France (La Roche Sur Yon)
