Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you will take ownership of product direction, lead discovery with clients, adapt the roadmap in a fast-evolving AI-driven environment, and work directly with leadership and influence product strategy.

Our client is an innovative US-based AI startup transforming how critical infrastructure is managed. The company builds advanced machine learning solutions that help organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions at scale.
They operate in a stable and growing niche, working with enterprise and public-sector customers, and have already established a strong presence in North America. The team is currently expanding its engineering function in Europe, with a focus on Greece.

Requirements:

8–10+ years of Product Management experience (SaaS/technical products preferred)
Strong experience in product discovery and stakeholder communication
Experience working in startup environments and small, fast-moving teams
Exposure to AI / ML / LLM-driven products is a plus
Upper-Intermediate/Fluent English for the ability to work directly with US clients
Proven ability to operate autonomously
Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete informatio

Responsibilities:

Lead customer discovery sessions with clients
Translate business needs into clear product requirements
Own and evolve the product roadmap, adapting to AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., Claude)
Act as the main product point of contact for the engineering team in Greece
Ensure alignment between stakeholders across Europe and the US
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle
Work independently with a high level of ownership
