Senior Java Developer 

We are looking for a high-performance Java Developer with Vert.x skills for our client – German-based high-tech enterprise. They develop and market products and key technologies in maritime and offshore technology worldwide.  
 
Project – the company’s main business is solutions for underwater communication, positioning, navigation and monitoring, as well as an autonomous surface vehicle for survey and support operations. 

Experience / Skills required: 

Must have: 

• 4– 6+ years in Java development  
• Experience working with Vert.x  
• Deep understanding of networking stacks and protocols, experience in design and implementation of APIs, HTTP and client-server communication 
• Proficiency in SQL, particularly with SQLite 
• Upper-Intermediate English and better 

Good to have: 

• UNIX shell 
• Makefiles 
• CI/CD
