Senior AWS Engineer 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AWS Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based applications using cutting-edge AWS services. This role requires deep expertise in DynamoDB, AppSync (GraphQL), Lambda, and API Gateway, enabling seamless, high-performance solutions for modern cloud environments. Project – is dedicated to solving the world’s edge data problems by developing innovative storage and security solutions that enable organizations to manage their data effectively at and from the edge. The project is in active development, focusing on continuous improvement and integration of new features driven by customer feedback and market needs. 

Experience / Skills required: 

Must have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
• Minimum 7 years software development experience with at least 3 years with a focus on AWS cloud services 
• Proficiency in TypeScript and GraphQL 
• Experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, and AppSync 
• Strong understanding of serverless architecture and cloud computing principles 
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 
• Upper-Intermediate English and better 

Good to have: 

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and Development: Design and develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, and AppSync 
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for high performance and scalability 
• TypeScript and GraphQL Development: Develop and maintain applications written in TypeScript and using GraphQL APIs, ensuring robust data models and efficient data handling 
• Serverless Architecture: Implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, focusing on event-driven programming and efficient resource utilization 
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability 
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical plans and progress effectively
