Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our client’s technical team – a California-based law firm specializing in consumer rights protection and mass tort litigation. The firm has represented thousands of clients in cases involving automotive lemon law, dealer fraud, personal injury, and product liability. With a diverse team offering services in multiple languages, they cater to clients across California. Known for holding corporations accountable, the firm has achieved record verdicts, successful client outcomes, and industry-leading settlements.  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong portfolio of Salesforce projects
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud   
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development tools (Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components)   
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and using middleware tools like MuleSoft   
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing system performance   
• Strong skills in system security, including encryption and compliance with industry standards   
• Proven experience with testing processes, project documentation, and using tools like JIRA and Bitbucket   
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical issues proactively  
• Strong communication and leadership skills to provide mentorship and technical guidance   
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer)   
• Upper-Intermediate level of English and better  

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solution architecture for Salesforce, translating business requirements into effective technology designs and scalable Salesforce solutions
• Develop technical designs using Salesforce tools such as Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning Components
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of Salesforce systems by implementing coding best practices and conducting regular code reviews
• Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., NetDocuments, Microsoft 365, Nintex) using middleware tools like MuleSoft or custom APIs   
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, implement monitoring solutions, and ensure system scalability and security through measures like encryption, access controls, and compliance with industry standards   
• Coordinate and execute testing processes, including functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), while creating detailed test plans and test cases   
• Develop project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and project timelines, using tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, and Gearset   
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and technologies, integrating them into existing systems for continuous improvement   
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce end-users, including the creation of training materials and ongoing support through a helpdesk system   
• Lead and manage technical resources, ensuring smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle
