Middle/Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work directly for a client and in their team. As a Project Manager within the company’s Engineering/Process Department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating several innovative projects aimed at improving the profitability and quality of the company’s European operations. You will lead each project from initial study to full implementation, ensuring that set objectives are achieved within specified timelines and budget constraints. These projects may include flow studies, process optimization, and the design of technological machinery. 

Client – is a leading provider of out-of-home parcel delivery services. The company is dedicated to enhancing the consumer experience and promoting sustainable last-mile delivery methods.  

HQ – France 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field 
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector, or significant operational experience with a deep understanding of processes 
  • Demonstrated skills in process analysis, problem-solving, innovative solution development, and proficiency in lean management methods 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and high-level stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Autocad/Catia/Inventor/Fusion360/Solidworks or alike, with knowledge in electricity, basic knowledge in I.T. and/or programming/electronics/PLC 


  • Designing detailed analyses for each project using the DMAIC methodology, and objectively evaluating all technical solutions to a problem while calculating the project’s return on investment (ROI) 
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including implementation steps, timelines, required resources, and allocated budgets 
  • Coordinating and overseeing project execution to ensure the achievement of set objectives within specified timelines 
  • Designing, supervising procurement, installation, and validation of technological devices to improve operational processes, ensuring their integration 
  • Regularly monitoring project progress and taking corrective actions if necessary 
  • Proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and resolving any issues that may arise 
  • Ensuring comprehensive documentation of each project, including study results, calculation methods, tested solutions, and post-implementation analyses 
  • Collaborating closely with operational teams to understand their needs and challenges, and being proactive in proposing projects to improve their efficiency
