Fullstack Developer 

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who is smart, curious, and interested in complex projects for our client from Austria. The company aims to revolutionize the real estate industry by harnessing the power of AI to provide real-time data insights and streamline operations for its customers.

Experience / Skills required: 

Must have: 

• 3+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred 
• Work with data extraction from CAD files, pdf, photo, API, Satellite Image Analysis, GIS, etc. 
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, or GoLang 
• Experience with frontend development using React or TypeScript
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Spring Boot, or Next.js 
• Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases 
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure 
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git 
• Upper-Intermediate English and better 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead, design, and build services within the project 
• Own the vision and technical strategy 
• Work closely with engineers, real estate specialists, and customers to gather feedback and implement improvements 
• Introduce new tools and best practices to improve team productivity 
• Contribute to the standards around code and architecture
