Middle Frontend Engineer (Romania) 

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer for our EU-based Client – leading independent web hosting provider – to help build and evolve the customer-facing applications that power how thousands of businesses and developers manage their hosting, domains, servers, and online presence. Their customers range from small website owners to professional and high-load online projects requiring scalable infrastructure.  

You’ll work across their customer portal and product suite: from server management dashboards to website-builder tools — shaping interfaces that are fast, intuitive, and reliable at scale. Your work directly affects how easily people can manage critical infrastructure: their websites, email, and online businesses. 

Experience / Skills required: 

• 3+ years of frontend development experience with Angular 
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript 
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS 
• Experience integrating REST APIs 
• Experience with PHP/Laravel and Livewire 
• Experience with Git and modern frontend development workflows 
• Ability to build responsive, cross-browser compatible web applications 
• Location: Romania

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with hosting, infrastructure, or SaaS products 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated frontend testing 
• Familiarity with component libraries or design systems 
• German language skills (useful for close collaboration with local teams and stakeholders) 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain customer-facing web applications using Angular
• Build new features across our web hosting, domain, email, server management, and customer portal products
• Create responsive, high-performance UIs that deliver an excellent user experience across devices and browsers
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Optimize application performance, loading times, and cross-browser compatibility
• Maintain and evolve reusable component libraries and shared frontend architecture
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions, helping shape how our frontend systems scale
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve the reliability and quality of existing applications
