Middle/SeniorData Analyst  

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in SQL, data normalization, and integrating data from multiple sources. You will also be responsible for designing and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards using Looker. 

Client – is a logistics U.S- based company specializing in end-to-end express delivery solutions, tailored for the e-commerce sector. Utilizing narrowbody passenger aircraft, such as Boeing 737s, the company capitalizes on underused cargo space on commercial flights to offer fast and cost-effective parcel deliveries. Their innovative model integrates air transport for the middle-mile and partners with ground carriers, and regional providers for seamless first- and last-mile services. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role 
• Advanced skills in SQL and working with databases 
• Experience with data normalization and handling data from multiple sources 
• Proficiency with Looker or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) 
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Upper-Intermediate English and better 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift) 
• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar tools for advanced data manipulation 
• Understanding of ETL processes and workflows 
• Knowledge of business KPIs and metrics for data-driven decision-making 

Responsibilities: 

• SQL Mastery: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases 
• Data Normalization: Clean, standardize, and integrate data from different sources to ensure consistency and usability 
• Report Development: Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker to visualize key metrics and insights 
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and support business objectives 
• Ensure Data Integrity: Validate, clean, and verify data to ensure accuracy and reliability
