Senior Frontend Developer 

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer for German-based client’s project – a technology leader in the real estate industry with the mission of making buildings climate-neutral. Their self-developed technology, consisting of IoT-enabled hardware and AI-supported software, permanently optimizes the water-bearing systems in buildings.   

Their solution is ideal for a diverse range of properties, accommodating buildings with as few as 20 residential units to large portfolios exceeding 10,000 residential units. It is versatile across all asset classes, including care properties, hotels, offices, residential, retail and even maritime applications like ships. 

Requirements: 

• A deep understanding of dynamic front-end architectures and frameworks 
• Senior experience in ReactJS, Redux, Saga, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, XML, JSON and are open to embracing new technologies as required 
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Websockets, ER models, and working with adaptable object models 
• Familiarity with Master Data Management, Digital Asset Management, and microservice-based architectures, particularly Kafka, would be advantageous 
• Proficient with Docker, Docker Compose, and AWS services like ECS and ECR 
• Git and Bitbucket 
• English – Upper Intermediate level 
• Location: Europe (business trips) 

Responsibilities: 

• Play a pivotal role in our framework-driven development of both external and internal web applications and native apps 
• Assess new requirements, scrutinize novel ideas, and design and implement enhancements to our front-end framework. This encompasses both 3D and 360-degree visualizations 
• Through your expertise, the data from our Master Data Management and our stream-based IoT infrastructure will be made accessible to our clients and integrated into our internal processes 
• You are responsible for best practices in development, testing, debugging, and documentation, ensuring new functions are primed for deployment via our CI/CD pipeline
