Creatio Business Analyst 

We are looking for a motivated Creatio Analyst eager to be a part of the development a no-code CRM solutions to the Client’s team from Australia. It is a digital transformation agency that providing DT & Change Management services in Australia and across the globe including Germany, South Korea, USA, mainly to government and NGOs. They are partnering with Creatio to enter the Australian Health and NGO sector with an industrial-specific solution.    

Experience / Skills required: 

Must have: 

• Knowledge of Creatio architecture of CRM products 
• Experience in Creatio projects implementation 
• Knowledge of Business Process Management  
• Knowledge of Business process modeling notations 
• Knowledge of relational data modelling  
• To hold Creatio certification 
• Upper-Intermediate English and better 

Responsibilities: 

• Find out clients’ business needs and formulating functional requirements 
• Write technical documentation (concept, technical design, use cases, testing protocols, API) 
• Perform system customization  
• Test the developed solution 
• Hold training sessions for system end users
