Business Process Automation Developer (part-time)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BPA Developer to join our team. Requirements:

• Proven experience in Python programming
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and integrating different systems and platforms
• Strong understanding of Jira administration, customization, and support
• Experience using automation platforms such as PowerAutomate and Zapier
• Understanding of data processes and workflow automation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certification or training in Python, Power BI, Jira, or Excel automation
• Prior experience in a similar administrative role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work part-time hours based on project requirements

Responsibilities:

• Use Python, JS and potentially other languages to develop and enhance automation scripts
• Use of no-code and low-code tools to automate business processes and integrate different systems together
• Provide support for existing telegram bot functionality created with Python. Develop new Telegram and MS Teams bots
• Collect data from multiple systems and build dashboards for tracking of business metrics and support with decision-making using PowerBI, Tableau or other tools
• Integrate with APIs to automate report generation and data retrieval processes
• Jira management and integration
• Excel automation
• Collaborate with business teams and company top management to understand requirements and implement solutions effectively
• Configure systems for business needs
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and modern tools in business process automation
