Senior Salesforce Developer 

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join the technical team of our Client that provides consultancy, transactional, property management, and investment services from offices all over the world. 

Project: A leading real estate company with a great history providing expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties — from country homes to city center offices, agricultural land to new-build developments. The dynamic team focuses on driving innovation across internal systems and client-facing solutions, leveraging modern technologies, data visualization, and analytics platforms. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Architect with a strong portfolio of Salesforce projects
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development within Salesforce environments 
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Triggers, Aura, Visualforce, Lightning components, Platform Events, REST API) and the Salesforce platform’s various clouds 
• Experience in designing and implementing secure databases and managing permissions effectively 
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and practices 
• Has a keen understanding about Salesforce MVC architecture and lighting design system to build rich modern responsive interfaces 
• Expert in following the best practices to implement coding standards that will meet the industry standards 
• Expert in the latest process automation features like Flow, Process Builders and Paths 
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken) 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications and solutions using Salesforce clouds according to the project specifications 
• Active participation in technical discussions and architecture design sessions 
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers / Product Owners to understand project requirements and translate them into functional solutions 
• Engage in the agile development process, focusing on rapid project completion while ensuring the quality of deliverables 
• Implement Object and Field Level Security thoroughly, particularly to manage sensitive information, as indicated in the business requirements of client projects 
• Create and maintain Data Dictionaries and perform schema design for optimal performance 
• Design user interfaces that enhance user experience and meet business needs, incorporating feedback from the testing teams 
• Work with dynamic page layouts to ensure an intuitive interaction with Salesforce applications 
• Develop and implement automation processes using Salesforce Flows based on defined business rules, such as custom record creation and notifications 
• Ensure seamless integration of automation with existing Salesforce functionalities 
• Work collaboratively with functional testing teams and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to validate solutions prior to deployment 
• Support technical debt reduction efforts by implementing best practices and optimizing the codebase.
