Senior Full Stack Developer (LATAM)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our client’s engineering team and help build the core of their backend, admin portal, integrations engine, and multi-tenant infrastructure. 

Client – is a company that develops a next-generation cybersecurity platform that combines AI-powered threat detection, secure communications, mobile defense, and cloud security. You’ll be building the core infrastructure of a multi-tenant SaaS system — including the admin portal, integrations engine, secure APIs, and real-time log forwarding — helping enterprise clients manage and protect their cloud environments with confidence and compliance. 

Requirements: 

• 10+ years of experience as a full stack or backend developer. 
• Deep expertise in React, Node.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. 
• Hands-on experience with Rust (at least for service modules or integrations). 
• Strong background in PostgreSQL and MongoDB data modeling and optimization. Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure, especially EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, ACM, Secrets Manager. 
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including tenant isolation and per-tenant APIs. 
• Strong understanding of API security, OAuth2, JWT, and token-based authentication models. 
• Familiarity with Syslog, SIEMs, SOAR, and log routing. 
• Prior experience building admin portals with RBAC, role scoping, and audit logging. 
• Comfortable in CI/CD environments and working with containerized apps (Docker/K8s). 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. 
• Upper-Intermediate English and better 

Nice to have: 

• Experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or compliance-driven environments. 
• Exposure to MTD/EDR SDKs and secure communications platforms. 
• Background in observability of platforms and telemetry pipelines. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop scalable front-end and back-end components using React, Node.js, and Rust (select modules). 
• Build advanced self-service admin portals for managing API integrations, syslog/SIEM forwarding, and role-based access control (RBAC). 
• Develop secure and modular API connectors for platforms like Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Graph, SentinelOne, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). 
• Architect and maintain multi-tenant infrastructure with strong RBAC enforcement, credential isolation, and per-tenant resource management. 
• Implement API health monitoring dashboards with real-time alerting (in-app, email, SMS). 
• Build and manage secure log forwarding pipelines (Syslog over TLS) to external SIEM platforms (Splunk, ELK, QRadar, etc.). 
• Integrate with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, SAML/OIDC) for user authentication and role mapping. 
• Develop resilient back-end services in a containerized environment (EKS/Kubernetes on AWS). 
• Collaborate with UI/UX and DevOps teams to deliver a secure and intuitive portal experience. 
• Write and maintain tests, documentation, and audit logs per compliance standards.
