Senior React Native Developer 

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to take ownership of building and maintain mobile applications for project in real estate development. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering robust, scalable apps with excellent performance – even in offline environments. You’ll collaborate directly with the internal engineering team and contribute to all stages of development, from architecture and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. 

  The project is an innovative software provider specializing in digital solutions for the construction and real estate sectors. It focuses on optimizing project processes through tools for project controlling, tender management, and transparent partner communication. By integrating advanced IT concepts into existing workflows, the company helps construction professionals simplify complex operations and improve efficiency. 

Must-Have skills: 

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development with React Native (TypeScript experience preferred) 
• Proven experience developing and publishing at least one mobile app to the App Store or Google Play 
• Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil) 
• Experience with offline-first app development and data synchronization strategies 
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and mobile storage (SQLite, AsyncStorage, Realm) 
• Familiarity with modern UI/UX practices and responsive design 
• Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders 
• Self-organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have skills: 

• Experience with React (for web) or React Native Web 
• Familiarity with Firebase, App Center, or Expo EAS Build 
• Understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines 
• Background or interest in construction, engineering, or field management domain 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native within the Kamiro ecosystem 
• Work closely with UX designers and backend developers to implement new features and refine existing ones 
• Implement offline-first functionality, ensuring apps perform seamlessly in low or no-connectivity environments 
• Integrate REST APIs and ensure efficient data synchronization between mobile and backend systems 
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following internal coding standards. 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving internal development processes 
• Collaborate in agile development cycles — planning, estimating, and delivering new releases 
• Troubleshoot performance issues, debug crashes, and ensure app reliability across iOS and Android platforms
