Senior .Net Engineer

We are looking for a strong Senior .NET Engineer who thrives in high-performance, low-latency environments and has a real passion for solving complex problems. Someone who can build scalable backend services using .NET Core and SignalR, with hands-on experience in cloud-based infrastructure (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).  

Project – a cutting-edge entertainment platform designed for interactive, real-time digital experiences. The product combines aspects of gaming, live performance, and virtual events, enabling users to engage in immersive environments powered by real-time backend infrastructure. The platform is early-stage and aims to deliver high-performance and low-latency interactions to a broad audience, leveraging modern cloud-native solutions. 

Experience / Skills required: 

Must have: 

• 5+ years of professional experience as .Net Debeloper 
• Expert in C#/.NET Core and developing .NET APIs 
• Proven experience with SignalR (or similar technologies) and low-latency systems 
• Deep understanding of scalable microservice architectures and distributed computing principles 
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), including deployment and monitoring 
• Strong background in CI/CD and Git best practices 
• Hands-on familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching solutions (Redis, etc.) 
• Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills 
• Upper-Intermediate English and better 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop real-time architecture using C# and .NET Core and ASP.NET Core SignalR to power our multiplayer gameplay and live show experiences 
• Optimize for performance and scale by profiling bottlenecks, improving throughput, and ensuring system reliability across regions 
• Own core services by implementing and maintaining new features, while ensuring the continuous reliability of our existing backend and front-end services 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the game team to update the Unity client for new API features and (as a plus) handle minor integrations or fixes within the client code base 
• Contribute to system architecture through system design reviews and technical strategy sessions for our microservices/distributed computing architecture 
• Mentor and review: Provide technical direction, share best practices, and uphold engineering standards within the team
