Senior/Lead Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior/Lead Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of total experience as a sales professional, specifically not less than 5 years in roles focused on services selling to foreign markets such as the USA and EU. Previous experience working with or for companies in the IT sector, including outsourcing, outstaffing, support, marketing, or lead generation, is essential. A deep understanding of the software/IT development industry and proficiency in various sales techniques are also required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a sales professional in a similar role, targeting foreign markets (USA/EU)
  • Previous experience working with or for companies in the IT sector, including outsourcing, outstaffing
  • High level of self-discipline and accuracy in details
  • Thorough understanding of the software/IT development industry
  • Knowledge of various sales techniques and the ability to create and nurture sales channels
  • Experience in sales research to identify potential clients and market trendsProficiency in working with sales account databases and CRM platforms
  • Established contacts and relationships within the IT industry will be a plus
  • Advanced level of English (C1) written and oral communication skills, or a proven history of working primarily in and with English-speaking companies
  • Proactive, passionate, and highly motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Create and nurture strong outbound channels for engaging new clients, including identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and developing relationships
  • Effectively process inbound marketing leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into opportunities
  • Develop and manage relationships with the clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Client projects support
  • Problematic case solving
  • Provide strategic reporting related to client health and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Reporting to the Head of Business Development and CEO
