Senior Front-End Vue.js Developer (UX-focused, design engineering)

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer with strong UX sensibilities to join a fast-growing technology company transitioning from startup to scale-up. The role focuses primarily on building and refining modern web application interfaces, improving the user experience and visual quality of the platform, and helping the team deliver intuitive and well-designed product features.

Project — a product-focused technology environment where engineers work closely with internal stakeholders to shape the look, feel, and usability of modern web applications, translating functionality into clear, user-friendly interfaces and elevating the overall product experience.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in front-end development
• Experience building web applications using Vue.js/ Nuxt.js
• Solid understanding of UI architecture and front-end best practices
• Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
• Strong intuition for modern UI design and usability
• Ability to improve product interfaces beyond basic implementation
• Understanding of user flows, usability, and interface clarity
• Experience working in startups or fast-growing environments
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and ownership

Good to have:

• Some full-stack capability using Python (roughly 20–30% backend exposure)
• Experience improving product interfaces from early-stage systems
• Background collaborating with product teams or designers
• Experience working on complex web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern web application interfaces
• Translate product ideas and requirements into high-quality UI implementations
• Ensure responsive, performant, and scalable front-end architecture.
  Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and application features
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements across the platform
• Help shape the visual design, usability, and overall product experience
• Ensure consistent design standards across the application
• Work with tools such as Figma to review and implement UI designs
• Provide recommendations on modern UI patterns, usability, and design trends
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help translate product ideas into actionable development tasks
• Support feedback cycles to ensure the team focuses on impactful improvements
