Senior Software Developer (.NET Security)
We are looking for Software Engineer with focus on security to join our software platform team. You will be a member of the research and development department, reporting to the Software Team Lead.
You will be working in a cross-locational, agile team of software developers, who oversee delivering the software platform for some of the newest generation food sorting machines.
With growing EU regulations regarding cyber-security (CRA/NIS2), we are further evolving in this domain. Ideally you have experience in .NET, Windows OS, networking, and security best practices for industrial machines.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in software engineering, industry engineering or another relevant field
- Strong hands-on experience writing production-grade code in .Net F#/C#-Blazor
- Proven experience with Windows OS configuration for security
- Solid, hands-on networking experience
- Practical experience designing and implementing security features in software systems
- Interest in security projects for industrial applications
- Strong analytical, structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate English and better
Nice to Have
- Experience in GRPC and security implementation of it
- Experience with OPC-UA and its security stack
- Exposure to Azure and IoT devices
- Experience with Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana
- Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) systems such as Azure DevOps
- Experience working in Agile / Lean environments
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement security features in a .NET stack (C#, F#, Blazor).
- Configure and harden Windows OS to meet security and regulatory requirements
- Architect secure integrations while maintaining system consistency and scalability
- Define and maintain security design documentation for assessments and audits
- Coach and guide engineers on security best practices
- Collaborate with a cross-locational, agile R&D team
- Contribute to architectural discussions and security-driven design decisions
