Middle/Senior Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven Technical Project Coordinator to help drive clarity, accountability, and momentum within our growing tech and product client’s team. 

Client – is a logistics US-based company specializing in end-to-end express delivery solutions, tailored for the e-commerce sector. Utilizing narrowbody passenger aircraft, such as Boeing 737s, the company capitalizes on underused cargo space on commercial flights to offer fast and cost-effective parcel deliveries. Their innovative model integrates air transport for the middle-mile and partners with ground carriers, and regional providers for seamless first- and last-mile services. 

You will be the operational heartbeat of our tech organization—driving standups, tracking progress, owning delivery metrics, and helping the team hit their commitments. You’ll ensure daily visibility of progress, surface blockers, and help management make data-informed decisions around team performance and roadmap execution. 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in a project coordination or agile delivery role in a tech environment 
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and developer workflows 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Upper-Intermediate or stronger English language skills 
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools 
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with delivery data 
  • Ability to maintain clarity in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Good to have: 

  • Experience working in an early-stage tech startup atmosphere 
  • Upper-Intermediate Portuguese/Brazilian language skills 
  • Experience in the logistics domain 

Responsibilities: 

  • Run daily standups with the engineering team to track progress and flag blockers 
  • Ensure agreed-upon ETAs for tickets are communicated, monitored, and reported on daily 
  • Proactively highlight delays and ensure transparency on blockers and timeline changes 
  • Track team performance against ticket ETAs and produce regular reports on delivery accuracy 
  • Identify trends in individual developer performance, highlighting both high performers and those in need of support 
  • Partner with leadership to recommend performance improvement actions or recognition plans based on data 
  • Maintain clear and actionable metrics dashboards for engineering execution 
  • Own reporting on sprint and quarterly progress across the engineering roadmap 
  • Collaborate with leadership to communicate milestone achievement and flag risks early 
  • Provide summary reports for cross-functional stakeholders and exec team 
  • Help product team run meetings: retrospectives, sprint planning, grooming sessions etc. 
  • Help ensure action items are captured and followed up after each meeting.
