Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a company operating business-critical, high-traffic platforms with strict uptime and reliability requirements. This role combines hands-on DevOps work with technical ownership and is responsible for infrastructure availability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency across AWS and Azure. You will work closely with engineering and leadership teams, owning production stability, releases, and disaster recovery with minimal to zero customer impact.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering
Strong, hands-on experience with AWS and Azure in production environments
Proven track record of supporting high-availability systems (99.9%+ uptime)
Solid Linux administration and production troubleshooting skills
Experience owning CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployment strategies
Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, NoSQL) in production
Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and access management
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep)
Experience working with incident management, RCA, and operational improvements
Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and leadership

Nice to have:

Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
Experience working with multi-region deployments and failover
Familiarity with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 or regulated environments
Experience with CDN solutions (CloudFront, Azure CDN)
Background in SaaS, logistics, or high-volume transactional platforms

Responsibilities:

Work hands-on with production infrastructure across AWS and Azure, ensuring uptime and reliability
Design and maintain fault-tolerant and scalable cloud architectures
Build, operate, and improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes
Ensure safe deployments with minimal or zero downtime
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies
Operate and optimize databases, including backups and performance tuning
Monitor and optimize cloud costs, budgets, and resource usage
Implement and enforce security best practices (IAM, encryption, secrets)
Drive automation and infrastructure improvements to reduce manual work
