Middle React Native/React Developer  

 We’re looking for a Mobile+Front-End Developer to join a greenfield project in the pet insurance industry, developing a mobile-first application with integrated AI chatbot functionality. You’ll be part of a distributed, agile team building clean, scalable user experiences across the web and mobile platforms.  The project builds AI solutions that combine advanced engineering with behavioral science to help organizations make smarter, more human-aligned decisions. Their products use AI to solve complex matching problems – for example, connecting investors with impact opportunities, professionals with the right networks, or clients with legal experts. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile applications development using React Native and front-end development using React 
• Strong proficiency with React Native, React, and TypeScript 
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines 
• Familiarity with Nest.js or Next.js is a plus 
• Ability to work independently and in a multifunctional environment  
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability 
• Capable of leading and delivering small to mid-sized features with minimal supervision 
• Comfortable working in distributed, cross-functional teams 
• High level of English communication, at least Upper-Intermediate level 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications using React Native, React, and TypeScript 
• Collaborate with UX and back-end engineers to implement complete product features 
• Participate in design discussions and translate requirements into functional UI components 
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based environments 
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and performant front-end delivery
