Middle Full Stack (RoR, React) Developer, Brazil

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to work with modern technologies, take ownership of impactful features, and help shape the future of a fast-growing product. 

Requirements:

• 3 years of commercial experience in web development 
• Strong skills in Ruby and Ruby on Rails 
• Experience with React and solid knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus) 
• Understanding of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch 
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and clean coding principles 
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher 
• Ability to work full-time during US business hours 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend) 
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers 
• Contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and user experience 
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code 
• Participate in code reviews and implement best development practices 
• Work on observability tools such as analytics, error tracking, and logging
