Lead Full Stack Engineer 

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Lead Engineer to join our US-based Client’s Full-Stack team – a leading mobile app development company specializing in building high-performance, visually stunning cross-platform applications using React Native and TypeScript. Their experienced team delivers top-tier mobile solutions tailored to client needs across industries like e-commerce, healthcare, finance, and more. 

This is a deeply individual contributor role focused on architecting, building, and delivering complex mobile and backend solutions at the highest level of quality. You will drive technical excellence by designing scalable systems, writing production-grade code, mentoring peers through example, and influencing the overall architecture. Your work will directly impact product strategy, performance, and client outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Requirements: 

• Strong full-stack development background (frontend, backend, and infrastructure), including automated testing, CI/CD, and production deployments
• Strong professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React Native, React.js, and Nest.js
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, including API Gateway, Lambda, and serverless architectures
• Expert in SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Familiar with infrastructure-as-code tools such as SST, Pulumi, or Terraform for DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience with modern tools such as Vercel AI SDK and streaming
• Familiarity with CDK or similar AWS infrastructure frameworks
• Proven ability to maintain architectural integrity, identify scalable solutions, and deliver beautiful, functional products
• Advanced or Fluent proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is required
• Passion for technical excellence, code quality, and solving challenging problems with elegant solutions

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for cross-platform mobile apps and serverless backends that support rapid feature delivery and long-term maintainability
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality code to elevate overall system performance and reliability
• Lead technical design discussions, identify scalable solutions to complex challenges, and ensure architectural integrity across projects
• Actively participate in code reviews to raise team standards, reduce technical debt, and accelerate time-to-market for client features.
• Optimize infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes—including tools like SST, Pulumi, or Terraform—to enable efficient, reliable delivery into production
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team on product strategy, proposing innovative approaches that enhance app quality, user experience, and business impact
