Senior Full Stack Developer (.Net / React)
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET + React) to join a distributed product engineering team working on enterprise-grade internal platforms for a global real estate services company. This is a senior-level embedded role with real ownership over delivery, architecture decisions, and sprint-level leadership.
The project involves building and scaling a large, highly customized Salesforce-integrated platform that supports internal operations, project management, and billing across the organization. The system integrates with external services including OpenAI, and the team is actively focused on new feature delivery, performance optimization, and CI/CD improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
- Strong .NET backend development
- Experience with API design and system architecture
- Hands-on experience with React.js
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications
- Python experience (preferred)
- OKTA or similar authentication/authorization systems (preferred)
- Azure and DevOps exposure
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
What You’ll Do
- Drive backend feature delivery on .NET-based applications (~60% of time)
- Build and maintain React.js frontend components for enterprise UIs (~40%)
- Contribute to scalable API design and system architecture decisions
- Attend daily scrums during CST business hours
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Lead or support weekly backlog refinements
- Ensure tickets are clear and sprint-ready
- Own delivery commitments and raise blockers early
