Senior Power Platform Developer 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Cloud services.  

As a Senior Power Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in this mission by architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Cloud technologies. This role requires deep technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure integration. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers to create intuitive solutions that drive government modernization forward. 

This position is ideal for someone who is technically skilled, strategic in thinking, and driven by purpose — someone who believes that technology, when thoughtfully applied, can truly make a difference in people’s lives. 

Experience / Skills required: 

Must have: 

• 4+ years of experience with Power Pages 
• 3+ years with Power Apps and Power Automate. 
• Hands-on experience building and embedding Power BI dashboards. 
• Proven experience with Azure cloud architecture and services. 
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and SQL. 
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within Power Platform. 
• Coding proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, and related technologies. 
• Experience in responsive app design and role-based access control. 
• Upper-Intermediate English and better 

Responsibilities: 

• Architect, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Pages, and Power Automate 
• Design and implement Power BI dashboards and visualizations to meet business intelligence needs 
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure SQL) 
• Create and enforce governance, security, and ALM practices for the Power Platform 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design user-centric workflows 
• Build custom connectors and automate business processes 
• Monitor system performance, address user feedback, and ensure platform adoption 
• Guide and mentor junior developers; promote knowledge sharing within the team 
• Stay current on Power Platform and Azure roadmap updates 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing solutions
